I actually booked Rockstar for several different events and had different experiences. We did a wine tour with the bridal party and dates (14 people) which was great--the service was professional and our driver was able to book us space at a winery when we couldn't get into another one that we had booked. Our wedding day was a little different. The transportation to the venue in the morning (or lack thereof) was not very professional. Our evening transportation was great again and the drivers were very friendly.

Rockstar was awesome. They were on time to pick me and the girls up, but they failed to give us a call to say they were around the corner and wouldn't be coming to the lobby. They did the same for my husband and his groomsmen. It was stressful because we thought they forgot about us. It wasn't until I called my wedding coordinator that I found out they were around the corner which we had to walk to. On the upside, the upgraded us for free to a much larger limo. The limo was well stocked and clean. Thanks!
