Chloe Murdoch and her husband were our 2 photographers for both our engagement shoot and our wedding. They were fantastic on both occasions. Chloe took the time to get to know us and as a result, our photos really reflected our personality and character. We developed a loose plan for each shoot and she was quick to adapt her plans to the conditions. She was wonderful during the shoots and did a great job coaxing our inner models to come out. Our only complaint came for the post ceremony photos. We had requested that we only wanted to take a few pictures, so that we could go greet our guests at the cocktail hour prior to the reception. Unfortunately, there ended up being a fantastic sunset and Chloe became enamored with taking as many pictures as possible to capture this moment. The pictures are fantastic, so we can't fault her too much, but we ended up rushing back to the venue to start the reception without getting to participate in the cocktail hour. Overall, Chloe was amazing and I would highly recommend her. Her photos are fantastic and we truly enjoyed our time with her!

Sophie is the best. She and I worked together for my now-husband and my engagement session, my bridal shoot and wedding. The photos are spectacular. They have a level of whimsy and timelessness that I am astonished by. I am so impressed by the entire Mike Larson team for making my wedding photo events such a success. For the kind of photos and service you get, the value is amazing. They are worth every penny.

Chloe is THE BEST!!!! She has the best personality, so sweet, so easy to be around and she is incredibly calming and has a great energy! I'm not the most comfortable getting my picture taken (other than casually) and for the engagement shoot she made it just so easy to be ourselves and relax! For the wedding weekend, I cannot thank Chloe enough for the incredible time she spent with us, sharing her talent with us for our wedding! She was so wonderful in so many ways, I really cant thank her enough.....she has this amazing warm, easygoing happy energy that she brings and it really makes people feel comfortable! I never felt anything but calm while she was in the room while I was getting ready taking pictures before the ceremony and it really meant a lot to me that her and her team, were there and just so sweet and kind to everyone, all of the time. Chloe had to be in a million places at once for our wedding, but somehow she did it! I just loved looking around the reception and seeing her right there in the heart of the action! As the bride an groom you cant be everywhere at once and can feel like you're missing things, but I felt like knowing that Chloe was there, I know I will get to see everything that we missed! Everyone was telling me how amazing she was and that she was always right there when they thought there was a photo op, they never were bummed that there was no one to capture the moment....she was always right there! I don't know how she did it! I cant thank Chloe enough for the amazing job she did and for being such a wonderful person! I am so happy to have found her and met her, the day would not have been the same without her and she will always be in my fondest memories of the day!

Chloe and her husband Dan are amazing. She is a true artist and captured our day perfectly. She is everywhere but you don't see her. My husband Matt and I had so much fun with her! I highly recommend Chloe.

We are so thankful that we chose to work with Mike Larson Inc. Every single person we've interacted with there has been so knowledgeable, friendly, and genuine. We chose Chloe as our photographer, and we're pretty much obsessed with her! If you hire Chloe as your photographer, by the time you're married she's not only your photographer, but also your friend. When Chloe takes pictures of you, it feels like you're just hanging out, having a great time. And once you get your images, they are the most wonderful bonus! Jake was amazing!!!

We had the wonderful opportunity of working with Jake. When we first researched wedding photographers, we knew we wanted unique pictures..the kind that stand out from the "ordinary." Jake is incredibly talented! My husband and I were over the moon when we received our pictures. We got to re-live our amazing day all over again through his eyes. We've received an overwhelming response from our family and friends on how AWESOME our pictures turned out. We would have to agree! :)

We planned our California wedding from our home in Texas, which meant a lot of email and phone communication. Selecting a photographer wasn't easy - everyone has a great website, so we had to rely on our phone and email interactions. As soon as we talked to Chloe at Mike Larson we knew that we'd make the right decision using her services. Chloe was great to work with. She was very personable, and we had a great time getting to know her at our engagement photo shoot. On the day of the wedding she and her husband took great care of us, and got some incredible pictures while never being intrusive. Mike Larson pricing was very competitive, and you get lots of little extras in their packages. For example, they'll put together a slideshow right after the ceremony that you can show all of your guests at the end of the reception. I don't think we found anyone else that offered that service.

We had such a wonderful time working with Mike Larson as our photographer for our wedding. Not only did we get an opportunity to meet with him before the wedding day to take some engagement photos, but we had the challenging task of choosing a few photos for the sign-in book from the many excellent photos he had taken. That's really how it should be! There were so many great pictures taken during our wedding and reception and not once did we notice them or did they get in the way. They even gave our guests a sneak-peak slideshow of the photos they had just taken! The benefits of working with Mike Larson are far above and beyond the cost. It was convenient for us to rent "The Photobooth Experience" with the same company and they were the hit of our reception. It was the best favor we could have given our guests and the best gift we gave ourselves. They really are about you and how to make your day look great!

Chloe was our photographer from the Mike Larson Photography Inc. and we were beyond thrilled to have her. We met Chloe in California but wanted our wedding to be in Illinois. Chloe was willing and even sounded excited to be traveling to photograph our wedding. When my (at the time) boyfriend, Mike and I met Chloe we were super impressed with her friendliness. She made us feel at ease and comfortable with her first as a friend. After we got engaged, I knew right away that I wanted Chloe to be our photographer based first on her personality and kindness. However, the more I watched Chloe work (on her blog) the more I felt positive that she was the best photographer for us. She is a great photographer and artist. She took control and made us feel very comfortable and at ease. Even though Illinois was not her "turf" Chloe still took charge and came up with great locations and ideas for the shoot. Chloe felt like part of the family without crossing the line of "professional". We have had many people tell us our wedding photos are the best they have ever seen. It is all due to Chloe's creativity and artistic eye for details.

I'm happy to see so many rave reviews about Chloe at Mike Larson Photography because she truly did an amazing job at my wedding as well. Our wonderful engagement photos alone were worth the total cost. And, of course, our wedding photos were fantastic as well. I never thought I would look at a photo of myself and say 'I love that photo', but there are several of Chloe's photos that I can say that about. Not only did she take some very artistic and creative photos, but she also took tons of candid, portrait-worthy photos of family members and friends. There are some beautiful photos of my niece and nephews that I'm sure my family members will frame and cherish for a lifetime. So, not only did we end up with tons of exceptional wedding photos, but our family and friends ended up with some simply unforgettable portraits.

We chose Chloe as our photographer for our big day because she is extremely energetic and talented. We were lucky to have the talent of Mike Larson shoot our ceremony as well. This group truly works as a team. I can't say enough of them...they are professional, talented, personable and truly genuine people. They have amazing photos and think of every day and situation as their own. I would recommend this group to anyone...and get the photobooth! It's fantastic!

Mike Larson's group has amazing quality of service. Their entire groups takes amazing pictures. I booked one of Mike's associates, Chloe. She takes beautiful photographs. To our surprise, however, on the day of the wedding, we had a total of 4 photographers, including Mike, taking pictures. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the pictures. I would give this group a 6 on quality of service if I could! Genuine people with great talent. This group is so good, they're super busy. Chloe had 3 events the weekend of our wedding so sometimes it takes them a few days to get back to you...I'm still waiting on my wedding pics from early August. I requested a few for my personal use, but they have a certain order in which they like to do things. One great thing is I get all of the pictures on a disk once I order my album (which is included in the initial cost). I would have liked to have the pictures earlier, but they are more than worth the wait!

Honestly Chloe from Mike Larson photography did an awesome job! All of our friends and family were so amazed at the beautiful pictures taken of our big day! Chloe captured all the special moments and details of our wedding perfectly. She is very easy to work with, flexible, easy-going, reliable, etc. I highly recommend using Chloe for your wedding!!

Mike's team is fantastic. Jake did an amazing job with all of our photography from the engagement shoot to the reheardal dinner and finally wedding. We were astonished at how many photos they took and how many they uploaded for us to pick and choose. Their photobooth was a great asset as well, we couldn't believe how much fun people had with it! I highly recommend any, and all, of Mike's assistants, including himself, they are amazing.

Mike and his team are wonderful. Their work is unlike any other photographer I've seen, and our friends and family are very impressed with the images taken and everything we've received from our wedding package.

Chloe is so great at Mike Larson's studio! She really has a great eye, which translated into beautiful pictures. Also, since she is an associate, she shoots in the same style as Mike with the same equipment, but costs about half the price. TOTALLY worth every penny! Only problems I had were responsiveness. Chloe seemed to reply rather quickly, but the rest of the studio seems to be very busy and it takes a little while to get an e-mail or call back. Other than that, GREAT studio!

I could not be happier with the photographs from my wedding! We worked with Rachel & Chloe (Mike's associates) and they definitely shoot in the same style as Mike. The packages are very reasonable and offer lots of extras. I initially did not want to do engagement photos but decided to have the session since it was included in my package. It was the best thing I could have done. It got my fiance and I comfortable in front of the camera and with Rachel and Chloe. I have not gotten my album yet but am sure that it will be stunning! P.S. - Rachel and Chloe are two of the nicest people I have met in a long time. Truly genuine.
