Niki and Jonnell were the best money I spent on our wedding at Windfall Farms on 10/29/11! We honestly could never have had the venue, photographer, videographer of our dreams if it werent for them. If you are even thinking about getting married in the SLO or Paso Robles area hiering Niki and Jonnell is not even an option!

I have to say that I agree with every single one of these reviews. The pair were fabulous. I wish I could post all of my pictures on this sight so others could see what a beautiful day they created for me.I had a destination wedding with a total of 45 people, mostly all from out of town. My husband and I are not the creative types so I needed help with my theme and making it a reality. That's what amazes me about them, not only are they so organized and attentiive, they are very creative too! My shabby-chic/vintage/lux theme turned out perfectly. All of my guests were very impressed and had a great time. I also had them select some vendors for me since I wasn't too familiar with the area, and they were all excellent references. I had delicious food (and I'm picky), great cake, good music, gorgeous flowers, the works. They also packaged all of my personal items from the day nicely for me to take back to the hotel, as well as food and wine from my caterers.The best thing about their service is the wedding day timeline they create. You seriously won't have to worry about a thing, it will all be planned out, until you arrive at your hotel that evening. They are worth every penny, and then some...

I cannot emphasize how great Niki and Jonnell were to work with. We were on the fence about getting a coordinator for the wedding since our wedding wasn’t going to be too big but as the day got closer and thinking more about all the little details and logistics that actually go into a wedding I decided that yes, we could probably use some help. As a result we found Niki and Jonnell and I am SO GLAD we hired these ladies as it was hands down one of the best decisions I think we made for the wedding. There are so many little details to worry during a wedding and they pretty much took care of all of it. It was such a great feeling not having to worry about anything on the day of and to just hand over the reins to them. I realized how fast time goes by leading up to and especially on the day of the wedding. There was no way I could have had the time and energy to do what they did. From the very impressive timelines, to putting out the decorations, to coordinating the rehearsal, to handling last minute issues that occur on the day of, to helping with packing up, the list goes on and on. I was also especially impressed with how attentive they were to us as well as our guests. I feel like every time I turned around they were there with a glass of wine for us or getting us food. We felt so taken care of! Furthermore, they were so professional and courteous the whole way through. Highly recommend!!!!

Niki and Jonell were amazing! Definitely the best money we spent. At first we weren't sure if we had room in our budget for a day of planner. But once we met with Niki we loved her and had to have her and Jonell help with our day. Niki and Jonell made everything come together. It was amazing to look out of the bridal suite of Spanish Oaks and see everything that my now husband and I had worked so hard on come together so beautifully. They ran our rehearsal and allowed my fiance and I (and our entire family) to relax and enjoy the rest of the experience. We left the rehearsal and entrusted them to take care of the rest. It was amazing! I knew things would go wrong but I trusted them to do what they thought was best and make the day as perfect as possible. They did! Everything turned out beautiful, it was a magical day. I had so many details incorporated into my wedding and they made them all come together. I whole heartedly recommend Events Redefined to any bride looking to be able to relax and enjoy their wedding day.

My wedding was exactly what I had imagined and hoped for, thanks to Niki and Jonnell of Events Redefined. I cannot recommend these ladies enough. My husband and I had planned for a very small wedding with only immediate family and a few friends (20 people total), and many other event coordinators that we interviewed seemed less than interested when they found out the size of our event. However, Niki and Jonnell were genuinely excited about our plan for an intimate but elegant gathering at a historic B & B, and very enthusiastic about all the special little details that I had in mind. Just based on our phone consultation, they were able to put together a beautiful inspiration board and amazing vendor list that fit my vision to a T. 6 months before the wedding my fiance and I had to suddenly relocate to another state, and I had yet to finish hiring my vendors. Niki (who was my primary contact pre-wedding) was flexible to my needs and created a customized add on package to coordinate these services for me since I was 1000 miles away. Niki was so instrumental in helping me select linens and rentals, since I could only see online pictures; she also connected me with the amazing florist April Peet (April's Flowers in SLO) who created the most gorgeous arrangements and bouquets for my wedding. In the weeks and days leading up to the wedding I kept thinking to myself "this is going waayyy too smoothly....I must be missing something." But Niki and Jonnell are so professional and on top of their game that your wedding day really can be blissful and worry-free. On the day of the wedding every little detail was taken care of as I had requested. I've been in weddings where the coordinators pretty much disappear on the bride as she's getting ready, but Niki and Jonnell checked in with me regularly to see if the bridal party or I needed anything. The ceremony and the reception were amazing! Niki and Jonnell are so thorough, efficient, and calm - they make it seem so effortless! If you need anything, they are immediately on it - in the middle of our event I mentioned that I wanted to change into my flip flops and within seconds Jonnell had grabbed them and Niki was changing my shoes for me. These ladies will do whatever you need! I had brought a lot of my own decor and accouterments for the reception, which they made sure were cleaned and safely packed away for me at the end of the night. Thanks ladies! The owners & staff of the B & B had never worked with wedding coordinators prior to our event, and they kept raving about how easy Niki and Jonnell are to work with, and how they'd love to work with them again.I truly could not have asked for a more beautiful or blissful wedding day. Thank you Niki and Jonnell for making my vision a reality!

Events Redefined did an Amazing job planning our wedding. It turned out exactly how I had envisioned in my mind. They new all of the little details that really pulled it together and were on top of everything. It was so nice to be be able to contact one person and give instructions and have them make it happen. The day of every time I would think, I need to talk to Niki, she would magically appear like she was reading my mind. It was excellent. Thank you so much for helping make our wedding perfect!

Events Redefined coordinated logistics for the day of my wedding and I cannot find words strong enough to describe how grateful and lucky I was to have them finalizing all the logistics for an absolutely smooth and flawless day. They lifted every ounce of stress off my shoulders and did it with the warmest and biggest smiles! I can't recommend their professional and fantastic services enough. Your wedding is not complete without them!!!

Niki and Jonnell are amazing! My husband and I had a number of unusual requests for our non-traditional wedding; no matter what we threw at them, they absolutely tackled it with patience, grace, and style. They perfectly handled family politics, adapted to our evolving visions for the wedding, and still managed to keep everything perfectly coordinated. We had a wedding that was more perfectly "us" than we even could have imagined thanks to Niki and Jonnells coordination and leadership. We can't thank them enough!

Niki and Jonnell were totally professional and made our wedding day flawless and worry-free. I can honestly say that I didn't have to worry about anything on the day of my wedding, they handled everything! I was on the fence in the beginning about whether or not hiring a coordinator was necessary or even if it fit my budget, but at the end of the day, I cannot imagine not having them there! PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, ORGANIZED, STRAIGHT-FORWARD, STRONG! My experience as the "mother-of-the-bride" was delightful due to Jonnell and Niki! I thoroughly enjoyed my daughters wedding because I was able to turn EVERYTHING over to them the morning of Rehearsal, which was very hard for me to do because I'm a control freak! But they handled everything to a T!!! I look back at pictures of my daughter and myself the day of rehearsal and the day of the wedding and we're both smiling and laughing in all the pictures.......because we didn't have any pressures to do ANYHTING!!! Niki and Jonnell are amazing! They took care of everything with ease, dealt with all the vendors, made sure the wedding ran smooth, made sure the reception ran smooth and returned all the extra favors, the champagne flutes, extra matches and napkins, groomsmens tux coats, disposable cameras...everything back to my husband and my room after the event at midnight! A true deal.....I would have paid twice as much for them!!! Worth every penny!

Events Redefined made my wedding a dream come true. Not only did I think that, but my guests did as well. Everything went very smoothly and on time. They were easy to work with and I would definitely recommend them again!

Events Redefined made our wedding possible! We were struggling with trying to find a venue - most places wouldn't return our phone calls or were too expensive. After one meeting with Niki & Jonnell they knew exactly what we wanted and found a venue that exceeded our expectations. The rest of our wedding planning was the same way! We couldn't be happier with their service, professionalism or organizational skills. Don't know how they do it - but they made our dreams come true.We would (and will) recommend them to anyone!

Niki and Jonnelle are saints. I'm a Type A person and I can honestly say that I never found myself worrying (or even thinking) about a single detail my entire wedding day. Everyone kept telling me to "savor it, it goes by fast." I was able to savor it and cherish so many moments because of Events Redefined's efforts to make this such a perfect day for us. Events Redefined goes above and beyond.

These girls took care of my daughter's wedding and everything went off without a hitch (pun intended). They covered every aspect including emergency tenting during the rainstorm the day before so that the lawn was dry for the day of. They did so well I am planning on their planning for my other daughter's wedding next year!

Thanks to Jonnell, I was able to take off my 'coordinator hat' and just be the Bride on my wedding day. My family and I were able to enjoy the day without a worry in our minds, and I knew the event was in good hands. Our vendors, bridal party, and guests have all told me how smoothly the day went and what a great time they had. Barrett and I couldn't be happier with our wedding, it was the most perfect day! Niki and Jonnell make a great team! Jonnell was my main person of contact, but I was still able to get a hold of Niki for help if needed. Both women were a big help in planning my wedding, but were even more amazing the day-of! My wedding day was truly stress free, which I believe was due to Events Redefined.

I highly recommend Events Redefined! Jonnell and Nikki were incredibly helpful and really pulled everything together. They worked well with our vendors and made everything run so smoothly. And...they did it all with a smile!

Our wedding was a complete success due to the expertise of Jonnell and Niki. Our rehearsal went smoothly thanks to the organization and knlowledge of these ladies. Our wedding day was unbelievably amazing, Jonnell and Niki were on top of every single detail and were extemely flexible to our needs. If there was a problem we were not aware of it. We can not express how pleased we were with their services. Thanks to their hard work and knowledge all of our vendors knew all the details and were very well coordinated throughout the day.

If it would be possible for me to give Niki and Jonnell more than 5 stars, I would do it in a heartbeat! I cannot say enough wonderful things about these two incredible ladies.I moved to California from Indiana only a few days after getting engaged and could barely find my way around town and had no idea how I was going to plan a wedding in a new area. I luckily came across the Events Refined website and after one meeting with Jonnell, I was sold!These ladies made EVERY step of the planning process so easy for both me and my fiance. They went above and beyond what was required of them. Either one or both of them went with me to pick out stationery, dresses, linens, and venues. They worked closely with us on our budget and were never pushy with their ideas. I am completely indecisive, and there suggestions were always spot-on to what I liked. They were able to get to know me quickly and could envision the kinds of things I would like very easily.They were at our wedding the entire day working so hard to make the place absolutely beautiful. They communicated wonderfully with the numerous people involved, from the caterers to the florist to the officiant and the family members. On our wedding day, I could not find the programs, menus and placecards that I had printed out. I wanted to freak out, but they kept me calm and eventually they turned up (in the back of my husband's car). The day went so smoothly, I kept asking them what I needed to do. Their answer? Nothing! I didn't have anything to worry about through the pictures, the ceremony, or the reception. I have such wonderful memories of my wedding. Mostly it's because I married a wonderful man and was surrounded by friends and family at a beautiful venue. But, it's also because everything went so smoothly and was everything I could have ever imagined...planned and executed perfectly.These ladies are the best! I would not recommend looking any further!
