Epic Weddings just catered my wedding, and they were fantastic. The food was phenomenal. I would highly recommend the prime rib and the vegetable lasagna. I had a few special requests/menu changes after the tasting, and the chef was accommodating. The wedding coordinator, Melissa, was great! It was sometimes difficult for my mom to reach her by phone; however, she always responded to my emails quickly. The buffet presentation was beautiful, and the wait staff was very professional. I would definitely recommend Epic Weddings!

We couldn't have been happier with Epic Weddings from beginning to end.The energetic staff was professional and accomodating. Throughout the stressful wedding planning, their services were always available and patient. The final product was perfect and delicious. Our guests also enjoyed our lovely bartender.

Epic went above and beyond what we were expecting...our sweet station was absolutely adorable and they packed us a plentiful to go package at the end of the night. We received several compliments on the food and desserts!

Epic Catering was fantastic! They had great food, such nice contacts to work with and they were super helpful with planning to get exactly what we wanted and also creative ideas to stay on budget but make it absolutely delicious! We got tons of compliments from our guests on the food, drinks and service!Our wedding was at a winery so we could only have beer, wine and champagne....so we wanted to make it seem like it had more options....so prior to the ceremony we had sangrias served which they had a great recipe for and those were gone in no time! Then for the reception, along with the beer and wine, we did a mimosa bar with different fruit purees, which I have heard were a huge hit from all of my girlfriends and my moms friends! Somehow I never made it over there to get one....danced and talked to the guests too much...and somehow someone would always refill my glass of champagne so I never needed to get myself a drink!The food was great, we did an Italian theme and every pasta was delicious....the grilled veggies were amazing and the bruschetta and imported and domestic cheeses were to die for! They made the bridal party a plate for the limo to go take pics and have a snack and it was yummmmy! Thanks Epic!

Gayle and her team were amazing to work with. She responded to all of my emails and concerns very quickly and professionally. Nothing was too much for her to handle. The did SO much at the venue.... setting up tables, tablecloths, heaters, ect. They were extremely professional. The food was terrific and came out quickly. Many of my guests even commented on how good the food was. It was the best wedding food I'd ever had. They even sent us with appetizers, dinner and champagne for our wedding night. Wonderful service! Her staff was great and professional. They really kept our guests happy. They were also VERY affordable. I think having Epic Wedding really made the difference at our wedding and helped me to relax. I knew I could really trust Gayle and I loved not having to worry about all the details. Wonderful group of people!

Everything was fantastic. Our guests really enjoyed the food. The location was just beautiful. Matter of fact our photographers were amazed by the location. The only suggestion I could make is to have only one person in contact with the bride. You meet with one then handed off to another one to go over the event and another for the day of the event. I would have felt better with having just one contact. The life of a working bride is already stressful, and that just addes a little more stress. But overall everything was great and I appreciate your help with making my dream come true for a fabulous wedding.

Epic was absolutely wonderful! Gale was the best :) She was so helpful from finding a perfect menu to go with my budget to the tasting and all the way up to the wedding day! The food was amazing and my family has been talking about it since the wedding! Service is GREAT and I would recommend them to anyone!-Mrs. Davis

Epic Weddings at Catering Unlimited.com was amazing. The food was outstanding and I got so many complements from all our friends and family! It rained June 4th, But Epic was prepared and ready for all the last minute changes. Best Day ever!Thank you so much Gayle and Claire!!!

Epic Weddings did an absolutely amazing job as our wedding caterer. From start to finish, Claire and Gayle were great to work with and made sure that every detail was accounted for. I never had to worry about anything slipping through the cracks - their professionalism and responsiveness was fantastic. They both spent a great deal of time with me perfecting the menu and working out the rental details and logistics, and it paid off in making a very enjoyable and memorable reception! Despite being up against some tricky weather (we had an outdoor wedding at Bianchi Winery and the day of the reception it was extremely windy!), the Epic Catering team were diligent in making sure everything was set up and guests were comfortable and happy.In addition to being fantastic in the planning and coordinating phase, the food was delicious! All of our guests were raving about the tri-tip, salads, and mashed potato bar. Many commented that they went back for seconds (and even thirds!) since it was so good.I would recommend Epic Catering to anyone looking for great food and extremely organized and professional staff. Epic is flexible and Gayle will work with you to help you find exactly what you want and fits your budget. Sometimes there was a lag in response time, but never anything completely unacceptable. The staff on the day of the wedding was very professional, kind, and helpful. I would recommend using Epic Weddings.

I would recommend Epic Catering/Catering Unlimited to anyone. They provide excellent service, are very professional and the presentation of the catering was beautiful as well as tasty. I had nothing to worry about on my wedding day because I knew you would take care of it all and make sure everything looked fabulous, which it definitely did.

Epic catering had fantastic food. We served filet and shrimp. It was hot and prepared perfectly. They were easy to work with and very professional. We would use them again without reservation!

I was very happy to have Catering Unlimited as our caterer, they accomidated our large number and special food requests. The food was delisious and I would definately use them again!

All of the food at our wedding was sooo good!! I seriously wish I could go back in time and eat it again! Our guests are still raving about "the best wedding food they've ever had." I worked with Gayle for several months and was so impressed with her professionalism, knowledge of the wedding industry, and personal care. My husband and I could not believe it when we ran into her at a bridal show months before our wedding, and she ran up to hug us and greet us by name. We had only met face to face one time. That is so rare and appreciated! Nicole coordinated on the day of our wedding, and also did a fabulous job, along with the rest of the respectful, friendly, and accommodating staff. There is no event that Epic Weddings could not conquer, and with style! Thanks, guys! :)

The one comment heard after our wedding from every guest was, "That was the best wedding food I have ever had." The Santa Maria BBQ style buffet they cooked was absolutley amazing. I worked with Gayle during the whole wedding process and she was great. She really knows what she is doing and can help you to create the exact menu you want. I am so excited with our choice of a caterer because you do not want hungry guests. At the end of the night they even packed up the left overs for us in a cute straw bag with untensils wrapped up so nicely. Thanks again Gayle, you guys really impressed us and our guests.

Loved our food!!!

We got married in January, and had the pleasure of being catered by Catering Unlimited (Epic Catering). Our coordinator was Gayle Powers, and she was absolutely wonderful to work with. From the very beginning she was incredibly responsive, even after repeated changed to our menu. On our wedding day Gayle displayed utter mastery of her craft. She was always around when we needed her, led a wonderful staff of servers, and provided some incredible food. She came up with some wonderful last minute aesthetic ideas, and when finally laid out, our reception looked amazing. I can't being to say enough good things about this operation. If you're considering them for your wedding look no further.

Catering Unlimited (Epic Weddings) is awesome, and Gayle was especially wonderful! We got married this past weekend and we couldn't have been happier with this catering service. The food, service, and staff were all amazing. We HIGHLY recommend them. Their quality of food, service and value is great. The staff was on-point all night and no one was left wanting or needing anything. Gayle was so nice and so very accommodating, she really left a lasting impression!

Epic Catering was very, very good! They listen to you and make as many changes to the menu as you want. Our food was amazing, and everyone thought it was the best they'll had at a wedding.
