Command Performance Catering

I have nothing to say but incredible things about this company! Trevor was the caterer that took care of everything. I had some quirky requests and he came through with it all. And the food was better than a 5star restaurant! He was accomodating, extremely professional, but really easy to talk to and catered to my every whim! His bartender was amazing!!!! I told him what ever my kids want, that they can have. He took care of their cute little shirley temples with overflowing cherries and he had my mixed drinks ready for when my nerves started! I will use this company ONLY for any catered parties. LOVE THEM! Worth more than what I paid!

The food was amazing! All of our guests were raving about it. The decor they provided was stunning. The staff was very professional and very on top of everything. Very friendly and very helpful staff.

Overall Command Performance is a great company to work with. Our venue required us to use Command Performance and I can see why. Their food is excellent and they have a huge variety of linens, tables, chairs, glasses, utensils, plates, heaters, lights, dance floors, etc. They seemed a little pricey to us, but when we compared them to other catering companies in the area, they were competitive. Things add up very quickly, beware! But overall, we had a very good experience with them and our guests did...

The group from Command Performance handled many of the details of our daughter's wedding. The food was so delicious and served carefully and skillfully. The staff was very attentive to our guests. The presentation was also lovely. There was a lot of attention to detail and the visual enhancements really added to our overall decor. The staff spent time going over our menu multiple times, making sure we were comfortable with both the content and the budget. Everything looked beautiful and tasted delicious.

Enjoyed working with command performance. The day of things came together beautifully. The food tasted great and the decor that accompanied the buffet/bar added a lot of value to the overall look of the wedding. A lot of bang for your buck! Minor issues - hard to reach at times during planning phase and small service hick ups the day of but nothing that would dissuade me from using them again.

Robert from Command Performance was phenomenal!! The food was delicious and the presentation was perfect. We had a buffet style dinner for our guests and Robert worked very well with us to decide on the perfect menu. Robert and his team were very professional the entire day of the wedding and made sure everything was running well. I would definitely recommend command performance to all my friends.

Our catering is tied with our venue, and we made sure we liked both before booking. Command performance catering has very delicious food, and great presentation. Wedding fair: The buffet style food offered by command performance catering was good. Lots of different chickens but we wanted to try steak/fish Tasting: After booking, we got a free tasting. Trevor was very accommodating and we brought the whole family. The food was delicious. We tried all sorts of appetizers, salads and entrees (9 total). Wedding: The food was twice as good as the tasting. I could hardly believe it, but the family agreed. Perhaps the main chefs do the wedding or they put more effort to the wedding than a tasting. They did a really good job during the wedding. They served the hors d'oeuvres buffet-style AND carried it around so the bridal party can eat and drink while taking photos. They served the entrees and poured the wine and champagne very well. You can tell that everyone is very experienced and are aware of the importance of their performance on the special day. My only complaint was that for certain stretches of time, sending them an email was like throwing something into a black hole. I'm never sure if they got my email or voicemail and I always need to followup. But usually when I followed up, it seems whatever I asked for in my email was already taken care of, I just didn't get a confirmation.

Best wedding food ever! It was delicious, our guests still talk about it. Trevor was great, he let us go completely off menu for the appetizers and they were a total hit. I still dream about one of their pasta dishes. Yum!

We worked with Joe T. throughout the planning process. He was awesome from start to finish!!! We were very impressed by his general attitude and eagerness to please!!! He was very professional. We were confident that he would get the job done.The food was delicious!!! We had Our wedding at Walnut Grove. We chose the BBQ Menu and added the jalapeno Mac n cheese. Best decision we made! Joe was on hand to personally see that things were carried out according to plan! I highly recommend hiring Command Performance!!

We got married at Maravilla Garden and CP was wonderful Robert and his staff did such a great job. The food was good and all my guests still talk about the wedding.

Tina wilkens at tina@cpcatering.com was like having another wedding coordinator at the reception. She did everything! She worked with the reception site, my coordinator and the dj to make the night flawless. Thats nto all the food was fantastic. Everyone at the wedding is still talking about the food. It was perfect.

AMAZING food. Great service. Required caterer for our wedding site - but we wouldn't have picked another vendor if we had the choice. Many guests commented on how tasty the food was. Perfect for weddings, corporate events, family reunions. Would recommend again and again!

Wow...Command is one of the best catering companies!! Great food, im still receiving calls how wonderful the food was! We got tri-tip that was excellent, herb roasted chicken, jalapeno mac n cheese-huge hit, and epicurean salad. Everything was excellent. I defnitely cant complain!

Our venue was Walnut Grove at Tierra Rejada Ranch in Moorpark, CA. Joe and the rest of the staff is professional, flexible, helpful, and wonderful to work with! We opted for a buffet dinner, which worked out perfectly and the guests loved the food. We were very impressed by and so glad to have Command Performance cater our wedding!

Trevor is horrible, rude and has no customer service skills. There fees are unbelievably overpriced!!! Do your research....literally double what I've found elsewhere with people who will actually listen and not be so condescending and arrogant....haven't tried the food, now I never want to.

Where do I begin? Let me start with two words "CARROT SOUFFLE", and then I'll go on. You're in great, reliable hands if you go with Command Performance Catering. We had the awesome luck to meet and have Annette Karp as our Caterer/Coordinator/Advice Giver/Calmer of Mini-stress outs and Wonder Woman. I seriously believe she was a Godsend to us. In fact, the reason really we chose Command Performance is because we felt that our best interests were at heart when we met her and that we weren't just another wedding. I'm not sure what else to say about her and her staff except that they were all extremely professional, stealth like ninja's, and were the worker bees behind the scenes that made all our guests feel at home. They just handle business! Now the food...did I mention "CARROT SOUFFLE"? Hmnnn...response from my guests : "Best Wedding Food I've ever had. It didn't taste like wedding food. What was that orange cake thing?" My husband and I knew the food would be fantastic after we did our menu tasting. We had an Italian based theme for our menu, but are sure that anything they put out is yummy to the tummy! Annette walked us through the tasting, along with the chef and really catered and listened to our likes and dislikes. - They listen at Command Performance people. So don't look anywhere else. They're prices are so reasonable for the quality of service and food you're getting. In closing, I'd like to say congrats to all you brides and grooms and best wishes in all your wedding planning. I'd like to leave you with two words: "CARROT SOUFFLE"!!! :)

My fiance and I choose Command Performance because of their endless choices, customization, high quality, flexibility and best bang for your buck! We talked to over twenty caterers in the Ventura County, Santa Barbara and Los Angeles area and they seriously blew everyone out of the water. We had our wedding at the Camarillo Ranch House and knew right away we wanted a local, homey BBQ feel/food, but with an elegant touch. Annette, our coordinator from Command Performance (who was an absolute dream to work with - I'll talk about her later) did an amazing job of taking all of our ideas and creating our perfect wedding. We have gotten so many compliments about the food - saying it was the BEST food they have ever had a wedding. We also did all of our rentals through Command Performance which made everything so easy. The day of our wedding was a complete downpour - so everything (Ceremony, Cocktail hour, and Reception) was moved indoors into the barn. I wasn't worried for a second, because I had complete faith in CP. They took care of everything and made the whole barn totally gorgeous! The transition from ceremony - to cocktail hour - to dinner was seamless. The caterers and bartender was superb. Rain even leaked a little from the celling and I saw Annette on her hands and knees cleaning up the water. I cannot say enough positive things about Command Performance and Annette- she made our wedding stress free and absolutely perfect! Annette is truly a wedding visionary. She did a great job of listening to our suggestions and throwing in her own two cents of what she has seen work in the past - which I loved! I also loved that she could work within our budget. She was the only caterer who gave us an initial quote within the budget I gave her on her first conversation.

Robert from Command Performance worked with their Head Chef to develop an Asian Fusion menu that was sooooooooooooo tasty and fit in our budget. We got compliments ALL night on the quality of the food. We really appreciated how flexible Command Performance was in terms of creating our custom menu.

Thank you Command Performance! the wedding went off without a hitch and we couldn't have done it without you! The food, decor, everything was amazing. Thank you thank you thank you!

I'm so glad my husband and I happened to go to a tasting event by Command Performance! We basically got to feast on tasty food for free. Then, we grew enamored with a wdeding site that coincidentally used Command Performance as their preferred caterer. It worked out perfectly. -Their menu has SO MANY wonderful things to choose from! It was hard. Our appetizer choices: brie and fruit stationary appetizer, angus beef sliders, prosciutto-wrapped melon balls, bacon wrapped scallops!!!:O~ -Tina Wilkins our Command Performance coordinator was totally on top of things. She even helped come up with general wedding ideas as we discussed our vision of the marriage. Generally, a funny and dependable gal. -Tina also masterminded a flavorful tasty meal for our cousin who is allergic to beef, ALL nuts (including peanuts), eggs, milk, and shellfish. I've seen other wedding caterers present her with a plain pile of steamed vegetables. Bleh. -With the option we chose, we just provided the CP bartenders with alcohol we got from Costco and BevMo, and instructed the bartentenders to pour our "signature drinks" (fuzzy navels and caipirinhas) as well as the awesome wine and beer (sam adams oktoberfest and blue moon) we snagged. We returned all our leftovers after the wedding!! -They also did the linens and table settings. Remember, you end up paying a bit more for packages (which is what CP offers). You pay for the convenience. But since we planned the wedding in 4 months, it was totally worth putting it all in Tina's hands!
