A Central Coast Wedding

If we could give Marlene one million stars, we would (but we're limited to only 5!)! She was simply amazing, and crafted the most beautiful ceremony that I have ever seen (I know I'm biased since it was my wedding, but many of our guests made the same remark). Our ceremony was the most important part of our wedding day. We had contacted and/or met with several officiants before we found Marlene - once we heard the warmth that emanated from her voice over the phone, we knew she was what we had been looking for. We had a conversation about the flow of our ceremony and the overall tone, and she simply nailed it. Our wedding guests couldn't stop talking about what a breathtaking ceremony she had created. She is exceptionally professional, warm, and genuine - she made my wedding day extraordinary.

I wish I could give Marlene 10 stars on Flexibility and Quality. She is a wonderful woman that truly captures what that special day is about. Marlene even came to our last minute rehearsal just because she knew it would make us feel better. The ceremony she gave was so touching and every word she said sounded so sincere. We enjoyed every moment of it!

Marlene was just amazing. My husband and I wanted a private wedding for just the two of us, full of meaning and emotion, and we got just that. She performed a handfasting ceremony and also a ring blessing with water from the ocean of the beach we were getting married at, and both of these small blessings fit flawlessly into our overall ceremony. She was helpful in finding a location that fit our needs, as well as assisting in finding a photographer, not to mention suggestions for what to do in town after the wedding! She was very flexible in fitting into our needs and schedules and also our requesting her last minute! She's wonderful, has a great sense of humor, and if you go with her, you'll be SO happy you did.

Marlene, was absolutely everything I was looking for in helping to make our 40th wedding anniversary and vow renewal and truly memorable experience. The vows were spectacular and so appropriate for our stage of life. She made it seem very personal and warm. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone without any reservations!

Rev. Marlene has been very helpful since the day we contacted her. She worked with us on creating our wedding program and she made sure that it fits us very well as a couple. She did a great job during the ceremony and she also did a great job taking care of submitting the papers for marriage license for precessing. We are so happy to have found her!

Marlene was awesome, she was very reliable and helpful. We met with her at a coffee shop when we were first getting started and she gave us a list of good vendors to check out. She responded quickly to our emails and phone calls. She was funny and personable and we would highly recommend her for your wedding.

What can I say but "WONDERFUL". My husband and I were so glad we found Marlene. Being from out of town it was sort of daunting trying to find someone to officiate our wedding, but after we met with Marlene we knew she would do a great job....Fast forward to a month before the wedding...Marlene worked with us to put together the perfect ceremony that would be meaningful to the both of us. After several exchanges over email we finally had the ceremony. Speaking of email, Marlene was terrific and always got back to us within a day.Marlene was right on time for both the rehearsal and the ceremony of course. Let me just tell you, you could tell she was honored to be there officiating our wedding. My husband I were 100% pleased with the ceremony and many of our guests even commented on how much they liked her as well. She even sent us an email the day after the wedding letting us know the marriage license had been mailed off! We will never forget our ceremony thanks to Marlene, and my husband's personal vows that caused many of our guests to shed tears!

My husband and I planned our wedding from 250 miles away, and Marlene made it so easy for us! She provided us with wedding locations on the central coast, and in the end we chose the Inn At Morro Bay to have the dinner as well as the ceremony! She was so professional and knew right away what kind of wedding ceremony we were looking for! In the future should we decide to renew our wedding vows, we will not hesitate to contact her! I cannot recommend Marlene enough to anyone who is looking for the right person to marry them. When I contacted Marlene we spoke over the phone and after 5 minutes I knew I had found the right person to marry my wife and I.
