Great quality for a good price. Highly recommend especially if you are planning on having a cupcake tree.

Our wedding cake was just what we wanted. It was beautiful! Cassie did a great job and even adjusted when we changed our mind and wanted a cake topper. They delivered the cake and set it up at our location. It was great we didn't have to worry about a thing.

I can't say enough good things about Cassie and her cakes. The bakery was recommended by my wedding coordinator and at first we were skeptical. Cassie's Custom Cakes isn't a big or fancy bakery, but we weren't looking for a big or fancy cake. While we waited for Cassie to get cake samples ready we looked through the book of cake ideas. We didn't want a traditional flower-covered cake so we brought in our own design. The moment we showed that to Cassie she LIT UP and got really excited about our cake. I knew then that we wanted to work with her - her eagerness was just what we were looking for! She took our ideas and worked on some modifications necessary to make the cake work well with our topper and decorations. When she calculated the cost of the decorations we were blown away about how affordable it was. Sure, we live in LA, the land of expensive wedding cakes, but Cassie's cakes are well priced overall and her service included a reasonable delivery fee. The cake itself was easy. We knew we wanted carrot cake but tried a few other flavors anyway just to get a sense of her style as a baker. We worried the carrot cake might be dry so she was willing to, at no extra cost, add extra layers of cream cheese frosting to the cake to ensure it stayed moist and delicious. And she easily accommodated our desire to make one tier with nuts and one tier without. Cassie was so easy to work with! We got married on 9/24/11 and the cake was terrific! It looked very much how we imagined it would - so cute! And it was very tasty. It stayed moist and delicious all night - and into the next day when my husband and I got to enjoy a big hunk of the cake. YUM! Cassie's cake was very affordable, tasty and beautiful. She was a pleasure to work with and the results of our creation together with our ideas and her enthusiasm to make them happen were terrific. I highly recommend her.

Most wedding cakes I've eaten haven't tasten very good. This was the best tasting cake I've ever had. Everyone was very impressed. There was hardly any left to take home! It was also the most beautiful cake ever! Exactly what we discussed and how I wanted it. I'm so pleased!

Cassie did an amazing job on the cake!! We came into town to do a mass planning trip and she fit us in, with only a few hour notice and had a variety of cakes ready for us to taste!! And was so friendly and nice i knew we found the right person for us! We also went with icing instead of fondant and i have been at other weddings were cakes like ours melt or slump. Our never did not once! It was picture perfect and i would use them again and again. Really great people to work with!!

We chose Cassie's because of the reviews and some of the photos of other cakes they had made. We couldn't afford a large cake for all of our guests so we decided to have them make a small two tiered cake and we bought 130 of their large cream puffs instead of cupcakes. When I first saw our cake, my initial thought was that's not our cake! I thought they had mixed it up with someone else. We wanted chevrons of yellow and white like zig zags with a large peony sugar flower off the top. When I gave them the contract back, I even shaded the picture to show the details we wanted and wrote notes to make sure they got it right. The whole cake was yellow, melting, and had a huge "X" gashed into the front!! The sugar flower looked like a bad prom hair pin. I'm not even picky, but I'm sorry it was just really bad! Not sure if we were on the bottom of the list, or if they just didn't have time to make our cake right. I WOULD NOT reccommend them to anyone that wants a custom beautiful cake. Sorry I expected more.

The cake was chosen by our venue. A few days before the wedding we discovered we needed a cake stand. They had a beautiful stand for a very reasonable price- just wish the woman making the cake would have introduced herself (she was in the back communicating through the girl working in the front). The cake tasted great!

The cake was delicious and beautiful. They made it EXACTLY like the photo that I showed them. However, they barely made it ontime to deliver the cake 30 min before the ceremony started! We had an issue with them receiving our final payment on-time through the mail (out of towners and found it unprofessional how the owner delt with this. Overall impression is good but not great.

The cake was delicious and beautifully done. When I called to make sure of the arrangements, the person who answered the phone told me that I needed to pick up the cake and set it up myself (it was on 3 separate stands). I said there was no way on my wedding day that I could take care of the cake, especially setting it up. The owner, Cassie, overheard the conversation and said that they would take care of it at no extra charge. That was very nice, but the idea of expecting someone to set up their own wedding cake is ridiculous I would totally recommend Cassie to anyone, just make sure all the details are worked out before you book it.

Cassie's Custom Cakes is a highly recommended baker in the area. We ordered cupcakes and a 6" cake for the top to cut. The cake was absolutely delicious! We got almond (sooo good!), chocolate, and carrot cake. Many guests wanted seconds! The presentation was impeccable and we could not have been happier.

We loved our cake! We had 3 tiers, all different flavors. The cake was moist and the fillings were delicious.

Cassie is such an artist. She took our fragmented ideas and turned them into a masterpiece. Her cakes are so moist and fluffy they practically melt in your mouth. The only part of the wedding I got choked up about was the cake! She is the lady to do your cake if you're anywhere on the Central Coast!

I would highly recommend Cassie's cakes! They were very professional and created exactly what I had envisioned! The cake and cupcakes they made for my wedding were beautiful and delicious! And very affordable!!

Cassie was awesome to work with! Our cake was delicious! It didn't look exactly like the picture I sent in, but she did a good job replicating a cake from a small picture!

I LOVED my cake from Cassie's Custom Cakes! Not only was it beautiful and delivered on time, but it was also very very tasty! Hands down the BEST carrot cake I have ever had. We even got one for my dad for Father's Day because he loved my wedding cake so much!

The cake exceeded our expectations! I had an idea of what I wanted for a design and she executed it well. I wanted something unique and so we had a hexagon shaped cake and because we wanted to keep cost down but wanted the look of a three tier we did two tiers but she made the icing design look as though it was three! The taste was fantastic, it had the right amount of buttercream and a thin enough layer of fondant.. we had the best of both worlds. Everyone loved how it looked and tasted my only regreat was that we didn't get to taste it other than the piece we fed to one another when we first cut it. Great service!

The cake was excellent, great price, and looked exactly how we wanted it to and meshed with our decor. Definitely who you want to use for you central coast wedding.

We ordered our wedding cake from Cassie's Custom Cakes in Atascadero. They were very helpful and offered free cake and icing tasting with cake deposit. They were very professional and made a prompt delivery. The cake was PERFECT, it turned out exactly as we requested.

The cake tasted DELICIOUS! We had 3 different flavors and this was the only bakery we did a tasting at that would even bother making red velvet wedding cake. They did the exact design we wanted and delivered on time. People absolutely LOVED the cake and went back for seconds.

We had wedding cupcakes for our small reception. The filling was good, but the cupcakes were very dry, thought maybe they were a day or two old. Not very satisfied, but we know a lot of people who have been happy with their wedding cakes and pastries. Maybe our timing was bad, the owner and delivery truck were unavailable during the week we needed our cupcakes. We picked them up ourselves a few hours before the ceremony. All in all, it was just "ok". Thank you.
